Section 1: Signing up
How do I sign up for a course?
Through the TSI Player Portal.

What are the Costs?

Free trial?
You can sign up for a free trial here.
Note: A trial does not reserve your spot in the class. Only signing up for the class reserves your spot.
Size of the group class?
Usually 4 or less. May vary between classes. Check player portal.
The class is full?
Join the waiting list in your portal — we’ll contact you if a spot opens.
The session has already started?
If there’s space, you can join and pay a prorated fee.
I have paid. What’s next?
You will receive a confirmation email. Under your player portal you can see all your scheduled classes and/or vouchers.
Section 2: Tennis Club membership
Do I need to be a member?
Yes, for outdoor lessons at T.V. Luck Raeck
No, for most indoor winter lessons (court fee included).
Always check course details before enrolling.
Section 3: Once registered
What to bring ?
Sportswear, tennis shoes, your own racquet, and water.
No racket?
Please bring your own — not provided.

Section 4: Classes Missed & Make-ups
Missed a class?
You may take a make-up class if there’s an open spot (not guaranteed, no refunds).
How to qualify for a make-up:
- Cancel at least 24 hrs in advance.
- Make-ups must be within the same season.
- Based on availability.
Book a make-up:
After cancelling (≥24h), you’ll get a voucher to book another class (max 3 weeks ahead).
In general, we will try to accommodate everyone and our goal is for everyone to make-up all their classes, however; even though so far most people have been able to make-up for all their classes missed, we do not guaranteed this.

Can I do a make-up before I miss a class?
Yes, if space allows (priority to those who already missed).
Can I take a make-up in the next session?
Only with a TSI perks pass.

Are classes cancelled when its raining?
We generally play in light rain. However, cancellations depend on factors like rainfall, wind, and temperature. The coach will decide and inform the group as soon as possible. If a class is cancelled by TSI, it will be rescheduled or you’ll receive a free make-up.
Section 5: After the course
I have finished a session at TSI, does this mean I automatically move on to the next level?
No. Completion of a session or “course” does not necessarily mean one
moves on to the next level.
In general, If one would like to continue with the classes then they may register for the same class and level. The reason being is that sometimes it takes months or even years to go from one level to another, which goes beyond the length of 1 session. Of course there are exceptions, so these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the coach.
Section 6: Private Lessons
Scheduling:
Flexible, but at least 60% attendance required.
Rescheduling:
Allowed with ≥24h notice; otherwise full charge applies. Once you reschedule, you will receive a private lesson voucher.

Can I reschedule a lesson to a different time?
When you sign up, your lesson has a fixed day and time each week. If you need to change a specific date, you can reschedule it to another available time.
Can I share a private lesson?
Yes! The portal only allows one player to register, but you can share your private lesson with others. Just let us know their names after booking, and we’ll link them to the same lesson.
