1. When does registration open?
Registration opens in two phases, both on a first-come, first-served basis:
Group Lessons:
- First: Grand Slam Perks Pass members
- Then: Open to everyone
Private Lessons:
- First: Grand Slam Perks Pass members & those from the previous season who had a full season private lesson package (15 sessions)
- Then: Open to everyone
Registration is expected to open in the first or second week of February. The exact date will be announced via the Player Portal and on the website.
2. Private lesson packages & priority
Players who held a 15-lesson private package in the previous season receive priority access for the following season, alongside Grand Slam Perks Pass members. New 15-lesson packages and other private lesson options may become available at a later stage, subject to availability. Further details will be communicated via the Player Portal.
3. What level should I register for?
Please register for the same stage you are currently training in, unless a change has already been discussed with your coach and approved by TSI. If you would like to discuss your level, please contact us before registering.
Group placement & adjustments
After registration, group compositions may be adjusted in consultation with the player to ensure balanced levels and training quality. While we aim for consistency, it is not always possible to create groups with identical levels, and adjustments help us provide the best learning environment for everyone.
4. Can I choose a coach for group lessons?
No. Coaches are assigned after registration closes and groups are formed, based on overall demand and group composition. This allows us to assign the appropriate number of coaches. All sessions are led by TSI-approved coaches.
Participation in a program is subject to sufficient registrations.
5. Can I choose a coach for private lessons?
When registration first opens, coaches are not yet assigned to specific time slots. Once most registrations are received, coaches will be allocated based on availability and scheduling.
If you prefer, you may wait until coaches are assigned before booking. Please note that all time slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once coaches are assigned, you can select a time slot with your preferred coach if available.
While we do our best to take preferences into account, coach assignments cannot be guaranteed and may change during the season. Lessons included in your package may be delivered by any coach approved by TSI.
6. Season dates
The season runs from March 1st to August 7th. Exact schedules, pricing, and course details can be found in the Player Portal as well as on our website under “Lessons”.
